Thank you for responding to the questions.

I don’t know why the PM didn’t work for you, but perhaps it’s not important.

When you said “if there is anything else anyone can think of that I should try I appreciate it”, I responded with that post. I thought there might be a possibility that you would try once more, based on the suggestions made, and perhaps find that some Solomon-like compromise was possible for you both – e.g. 6 months of payments, rather than 2 or 12.

If you struck a deal, I expected them to demand a Confession of Judgment. A Confession of Judgment also needs to be signed by an attorney. I considered that you might not have that resource and knew that I could arrange one in the county and even city, where the law firm is located. That was the reason for the PM. If you feel that all negotiating possibilities have already been exhausted, it is not of consequence.

I tired PMing you but it wouldnt come up for some reason.

To answer your question, I am not in debt to any one else. Citicards is the only debt I have. That is why I told Harris and Zide I would be willing to pay the remaining 50% over the next 12 months. They are not wiling to do a payment plan for the $14997.00. They said they might be able to work out a payment plan for the full balance of $21000.00 but the $14997.00 amount is if I want to pay it all off at once.

Thanks
