motorcycles, trailers, vehicles, or parts thereof, unless kept, placed, parked, or stored inside of a completely enclosed, lawfully constructed building or structure.


This does not state that you can't park an RV in your driveway - unless it meets the stated criteria.

24. Parking spaces required by the Temple City Municipal Code,
including the Temple City Zoning Code, that are not maintained in such a manner that said spaces are continuously free, accessible, and available for vehicle parking without the movement of real or personal property.


And just what parking spaces are required by the TC Municipal Code? Surely it does not REQUIRE a house to have a driveway, does it?

I would think that this applies only to street parking, not someone's driveway.
But then again maybe I'm reading this wrong.
