What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA
Back in May, I had my Attorney draft a letter to my spouse requesting some items from the house I needed and some personal items of mine, and nothing came of it. I recently found out that I can take a police escort to my house and get my personal things...My spouse refuses to give me my college degrees and my shoes and my baby's crib...etc. Would you recommend I do this or wait? I really want to get my college degrees before he throws them out.
Also, my child just turned two, and according to the court-ordered temporary parenting plan, he gets 1 overnight weeknight each week and every other extended weekend, and he won't agree to making this a final plan. What are the chances that the court will give him 50% time with her?
Help!!!
