What is the name of your state? Missouri
When a will is filed with probate, what does it mean to file a claim? Does this have to be done and when is it not necessary?

Your question is far too broad. Come back with specifics about a situation involving you.

Claim on will in probate

I filed a lien on an inheritance through probate. I was told that will only work if a claim is filed on the will. What does that mean? How does that work?
