I asked about a claim on a will, what I was wondering CSE filed a claim on a will. The will was filed with probate but I heard it can't always be intercepted just because a will was filed. Could you please tell me how that works?

What is the time frame to debate a will

My mother died in 2001 in Tennessee, since then I have founded out that a family member did some under cover things. In order for all of her assets to be left to only him. Can I now do something legally about it, or is it now to late?.
