Claiming a child for Tax Refund

I live in Iowa.
we got told when we went it came time to put the ad in the paper it had to be the biggest local paper of the last know address of the parent. the DesMoines Register would be for central IOWA.
We also got told it had to be placed by our lawyer, not sure if that was just to make sure it was placed right.

Thank you but I read "The Register" daily and I have never seen such an ad and I have never seen such an ad posted by Bobbi Jo. Where in the paper are these ads usually listed and if Bobbi Jo were to post an ad would the ad include her contact information or her attorneys? I am only wondering so I can know what to look for in such an ad and where to find it. Shannon

I would say it would have her attorny info not hers. That is what ours was going to have but my boyfriends ex contacted an attny for herslef and had them contact his attny beofre it went that far. I it is to be placed in the public anouncment section - I think is what it is called.
