I am the Personal Rep of a friends estate. There is family, but the job or Representative was given to me. A copy of the will has been given to all involved. The personal property not mentioned in the will has been apprasied by an auctioneer. Can I as the representative now give the food and clothing in the house to people or the goodwill or throw away it away as I see fit.
