What should I do guys? This lady works for a law firm. I think shes looking for an excuse to be a bully.
You've got a few options:

Call her bluff and let her sue you.
Avoid a lawsuit entirely by paying what she's asking.
Negotiate some other middle-ground settlement.

A wise business person may be inclined to choose option C.

Many threaten to sue. Few follow through.

If this ends up in court your argument would be that this person requested you mail her house key back to her.

You did what she requested.
