What is the name of your state? North Carolina
We have an appointment to close my mothers estate. All of her bills are paid, and the money from the estate has been divided to the heirs as stated in the will. The house and property is still being debated about whether or not to sell. There was nothing in the will stating that it needed to be sold. It was only divided between her children.

My question is: After the closing of the estate, do the heirs (her children) still have rights to enter the house and remove furniture and personal property?
