Obviously you haven't read the thread involved.... the question has been answered at least FOUR times, and yet it is still being asked. The complaining is NOT about giving advice.. it is about either not taking the advice, or complaints that it wasn't a complete, detailed, extensive "answer every possible scenario" response.

Oh, before you reply, there is NO question here so there is no need for a further reply. As far as I am concerned, as stated in my previous reply.... this is the end of the thread for me. I will move on to other questions.

...I did read the threads, and the question was not answered four times. You did finally answer it and give some good websites and book titles, but then began with the condescending remarks.

As for the question that you claim I didn't ask, I shall repeat: why are you giving "free advice" and then complaining about it?
