What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I have a judgement against a company (LLC) that is now out of business. Is there any way to collect or am I out of luck.

If they are just closed but have not disolved the LLC, there might still be some assets. It still will be very difficult to collect, but depending on the debt might be worth it.

They were having financial difficulty. I was told they sold the assets and inventory and closed down. I do not know the current status of the LLC, but I don't think there are any assets left, plus it appears they owe money to a bank as well.
