What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Pennsylvania.
I used to attend the Wharton school in the University of Pennsylvania. In my first semester, I was extremely busy. I was working 20-30 hours a week. In the first semester my advisor recommended that I take mgmt 100. The course is extremely time consuming and demanding and I didn't have the time to devote to taking the course. I talked with my professor and TA and they both recommended going to my advisor and discussing it with her. I went to my advisor and told her all of my trepidation regarding my enrollment in the course at that moment. She insisted that I continue taking the course even though I didn't have the time and I wasn't prepared for it. She never attempted to recommend other courses for me to take so I wasn't sure what courses were right for a first semester freshman to take. I ended up failing the course and now they dropped me from the rolls. What further action should I take legally? Thank you for all your help!
