What is the name of your state?PA

Does a civil case in common please require a lawyer to represent you? If your opponent has one, must you do so also?

No. However, you will be expected to have a knowledge of local court and evidentiary rules.

If your opponent has one, must you do so also?
Nope. But you will be at a HUGE disadvantage without one. Kind of like asking "Do you have to have any football experience to play in the NFL?"
