Because this very very old thread has been reopened more than once, perhaps it is of interest to those who keep reviving this dead thread that a Bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act was passed by the House and referred to the Senate in March of this year (where it currently sits in the Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions).
