What is the name of your state? TX- The company that I work for is filing for bankruptcy, the problem that we have here is, we have a employee that likes to run her mouth to previous employees about what's going on with the company, and she also runs her mouth to the other employees, we would like for her to sign a confidentail letter stating that she is not allowed to give out the info to any previous employee or current employees as well- could someone share a website showing samples of a confidential letter , so I can get her to sign it

First of all, bankruptcy is PUBLIC INFORMATION, so she's not blabbing about anything that anyone couldn't look up for themselves.

Can you FORCE her to sign an agreement.. you can try but she doesn't HAVE to sign anything. She always has the choice to leave and you have the choice to let her go.
