the child was living there with her mom and then her moms parents threw her out and she had no where to go so she signed a poa for her parents. now my sister has a place to live at and everything and has signed a revoke paper for a poa the parents are refusing to give the child back.
And Ohio is the state with proper jurisdiction. So she needs to expect that her parents will file for custody. And your sister cannot take care of the child if your sister wants to pass the child over to you.

She would need to go in person to retrieve her child. She can expect however that her parents will file for custody. They may not win, but odds are they will try.

For clarification: has dad actually FILED through the courts foer paternity establishment? Also for any time share, parenting rights?

If so, the child's current stATE OF RESIDENCE LIKELY ALREADY HAS JURISDICTION. This may create a problem relocating the child out of state in the middle of Dad getting his rights and parenting time established. Is dad in the same state as the child?
