Heres how I know: my daughter came to me & asked me, "Dad am I going back to that court place where I have to talk to that lady again?" to which I replied what makes you think that? she said, " mom showed me the papers you sent her and she said you were making us go back to court. What do you want me to say to the lady? then I said, " I just want you to tell her the truth." She then said, " thats all you want me to tell her?"
Mom has a history, ( documented) of coaching our daughter. I don't call her a bad parent just because I don't like her.

And yet you have still not forwarded anything in these posts that rises to the level of contempt.

Let it go.

okay... suppose you DO file contempt charges against Mom for this. You realize that you currently have only one way of proving it, right? That is - put your 9yo on the stand. Is that your idea of "good" parenting?

Your kid is obviously not an idiot. You told her the right thing, now let it go. My ex has said the same types of things to our two, and they've seen through his efforts. Yours will, too.

sorry to hijack but...

What if your divorce papers state that neither parent is suppose to badmouth, ect.. the other parent to or in front of child --- and you have recorded tapes (GA one party state) of one parent badmouthing other parent and you can hear child crying in background b/c they are hearing every bit of it and the child even telling the parent that is doing the badmouthing to shut up -- lots of occassions, lots of recordings. Does this have legal standing?

And which party on the recording agreed to it? The parent violating the divorce decree or the minor child who is probably not legally allowed to consent to the recording?
