In your contempt filing ask that he be held responsible for paying for the damages incurred due to his not following the orders in the time period given him. You wouldn't have incurred those damages/expenses if he had done as he was ordered.

Thank you all for responding with positive and hopeful links. I have called SS and it went straight to a recording that said call back. I will in the morning.
Also, I am calling my house ins to see if that will cover all the water damage as well as the pipe/pies and if not at least I will have some form of paper work to show the judge. The plumber will be here hopefully Wednesday. the secretary of the company called me today and told me they are backed up. and they are trying to move me forward as some folks are canceling. This company is a little cheaper on their service calls.
Went this morning and bought 8 gallons of water and a case of bottled water. ...... this is going to be a loooooong weekend. to say the least. But I will remain hopeful and press forward with hope to a better safe life with my kids.
I am nervous about going back to court, I had to go back in October to renew my restraining order but it was in HIS county and the judge gave me the order immediately, I didn't have a lawyer. I did it myself. I had the text of threats that he sent to my daughters phone. also he monitors all of our phones as the phone plan is in his name, I pay for my own phone, he pays for our daughters. per the settlement, at his request.
also mustered up the funds to have a low cost security put in my home for fear of him coming back in to harm us again. I keep the panic button on me at all times, even when I am sleeping.
I really do appreciate everyone's advice.
