It's just my opinion, but it's based on about forty trips to court before and after a ferocious divorce/custody battle: I think the judge will see the father, his lawyer(s), and their motions, especially the one for stepmommy daycare compensation to be ridiculous/denied. I also think he will want to hear an assesment from the GAL before making any changes concerning visitation. In our case the judge relied heavily on the GAL report. Good luck.
