I wouldn't know about Priceline or any of the other sites. My husband gets employee discount room rates whenever he travels, so no matter where we go, we stay at HIE, and pay $29.99 a night for the room.
One of the perks is we even get those $85 a night jacuzzi rooms for that price.
He did get his room comp'ed last night though because he was going there to interview for a position. Guess I'm gonna have to change my name to TennesseeGal here in about a month. LOL
Speedcam... I don't blame you for saying what you did. In custody cases, most of want to use any little thing we can to our advantage. The problem is, that the law and the judges don't see it like "we" do. Yes, he "may" have commited perjury. But, in reality, in a Domestic Relations case, it doesn't really mean squat. Almost every single case in front of a judge will have one party or the other (or both) lying through their teeth. Even if you have hard evidence to refute their claims, it DOES NOT MATTER in 99% of cases. That is the cold, hard truth that we face. Perjury in a domestics case is rarely pursued. Why? I don't know. Perhaps if they slapped criminal penalties on everyone that lied under oath in a civil case, we'd have a lot less problems than we do now. It's pretty much a known fact that lying under oath won't get you in trouble, that's why it goes on so often.
