People over here have totally misunderstood me. The reason I'm calling these insurance companies as Crooks is because this ticket doesn't have any points, the police officer told me, DMV told me, and the court also told me, that it does not have a point. You can go ahead and read the California vehicle code, this ticket is like a parking ticket, it is not a moving violation and you cannot even take a traffic school for this. Despite this, if the insurance companies charge me for it, then that makes them nothing but Crooks.

Nobody said the insurance company was going to charge you for it. It won't even be reported to them by the DMV NOT process which "moving" violations are reported.

This whole rathole started when I suggested that the disappearance of the points from your prior ticket(s) from your record wasn't directly related to whether the insurer was going to drop the surcharge they added when you got the prior ticket.

the dmv does not notify an insurance co. of a citation/violation . if the insurance co wants to check your dmv record it costs them for a drivers record which they wont typically do, but you now have informed them of your violation , they MAY surcharge you,, will they ? id have no idea, it probably wasn't the wisest move to inform them

Well, no but the insurer subscribes to the negligent operator records, essentially the reports of point-generating convictions. 22526VC would not appear in that stream. The insurer (for existing customers) doesn't need to run individual driver records.

You're working yourself into a swivet over something that hasn't happened yet. And keep in mind NONE of this would have happened if you hadn't been blocking the intersection.

Hi friends
I renewed my insurance premium two days ago, and my insurance company is not charging me for this ticket of blocking the intersection as it is not a moving violation. I had prior points on my license, and this month they fell off too. Now I am considered a good driver, and I received the good driver discount. Now I am paying less than half of what I have been paying for the last three years. Hurrayyyyyy, I am so happy. From now onwards, I will behave myself, and I will never get another ticket ever. I LEARNT MY LESSON.
