Yeah he just claimed that I accuses him of harassment on a live. When he entered the live with a newly created account after I blocked him.. Itold the host I felt he was watching me and harassing me and it made me uncomfortable. I mentioned his screen name and maybe his state in the conversation. I didn’t say his real name or address (I don’t even know it) but that’s what he accused me of doing and called it cyber bullying

Stay off the sites where you are apt to encounter this person. Change your personal contact information (e.g., phone, email).

Well, he may consider that harassment, but that one incident falls well short of any law defining illegal harassment.

Let it go. Per your postings you didn't bully him. Stay off social media for a while and he will likely lose interest in you. Letting him take up space in your head is just handing him a win.

I know what you are saying. I have stopped talking to him in the past because of his jealous /controlling nature. And he came back many months later with some apology trying to get back in to my good graces. And I’m too nice sometimes and stupidly gave in to it. And that’s when this happened.. he ended up blocked in less than two weeks.. then this all transpired.

Again. Stay off social media. He will likely move on if he isn't getting attention. Stop obsessing.

Worse in my mind? Because I’ve blocked him, I’m not getting on the lives anymore and I’m laying low. I know he’s getting what he wants by me being nervous about it… I get it. But not sure how it could get worse from him

Yeah he is gaslighting me… it seems. When he sent the text threats about taking legal action.. he worded them in such a professional sounding way.. using legal terminology and things. It was crazy.

Ignore the guy. Stay off social media sites. Move away from all contact with the guy and move on with your life.

IF you are served with a summons and complaint (highly unlikely from what you have said), contact an attorney in your area for advice on how best to respond.

I really hope it wouldn’t come to that. Again, he’s in Florida and I’m in Indiana.. I can’t imagine him spending money to open a case that he has to know he can’t win. Only thing I worried about was if he fabricated something. But I don’t even know how easy that would be. Because I could still prove it wasn’t mine and he would lose.. and I think he knows this. I guess it is common for people to make threats like this to get people to do what they want.. like how he has me not doing what I enjoy and worried like this.

Good. Staying off social media is the best way to avoid being harassed on social media, or being accused of harassment on social media.
