Sorry Blue, I'm gonna disagree with you on this one. From the terms of service (below) "The FreeAdvice Forums are intended to enable consumers to benefit from the experience of other consumers who have faced similar legal issues ". Sara clearly has faced a similar legal issue. If someone reads up on the laws in another state, and provides advice based on that research, that person is practicing law (unauthorized).
