ON DEC 31 of 2001 A durable Power of attorney was obtained on death bed By a teaminaly i'll patient who was under the infulence of morphine and other
perscrided narcotic drugs the patient died 14 days after this power of attorney was obtained the wife was done out of the materal property as
the sister obtained the durable power of attorney.before the power of attorney was obtained the husbend was the sole owner of all property and monies question how legal is this. and if not legal what can be done about it, and is there a timeframe that must be met to make it legal is it truethat a person must be at least ninthy days or more away from death for thismotion to be legal and must be in sound mind and body at the time of the commencment.
