Just one more comment...While she may need to call for the address, she should NOT under any circumstances discuss the debt or payment of this debt. Just get the address and then send the above letters. After they receive the C & D letter, they can call one more time to acknowledge receipt. If they call repeatedly after this, she may have grounds for a lawsuit. Remember, she needs a paper trail. Everything sent to them must be return receipt. Also, when they receive a validation letter, they can't report to CRA's until it is validated, or risk another violation of the FDCPA.
