Your rights as a tenant may be on month to month basis

OK so the plot thickens ...just who owns the home with your now deceased ex ...does son have any specific ownership interest in that home ? OR just you?

ARe you on mortgage where you live ? WHat if any contract requires you to pay mortgage, taxes, rent or anything ?

CA is reported to be very tenant friendly ...and you might be able to tenant role against son.

TEll us more about other home ?

The title company made me sign a form saying I gifted it to him but the title company the realtor, loan Depot everyone knew that I was buying the house but was putting it in his name because I was going through the divorce
Are you trying to claim that EVERYONE was complicit in this mortgage fraud? I seriously doubt it...and I doubt it even more that ANY of them would admit to it.
