trump had little children taken from their parents and placed in cages.

Dom't forget as rerehensile as that was<ICE was just following a policy first advocated by the Obama administration. There is enough blame to go to all sides.

Ooooooooooh, you actually had one of those?

I don't think you even understand why we're all laughing. ;)
I always wonder why people feel the need to say things like, “I have a Black friend.” That never negates their racist comments.

Giuliani does not have a good defense for his defamation of Dominion, and he is unlikely to be able to invent a successful one.

I personally think his best course of action right now might be to fully and completely retract the lies he told and hope his retraction mitigates the damages likely to be awarded should the matter go to trial. I have a feeling that Dominion will not settle.

I wouldn't if I were them...because even if he does retract his lies, there are millions of Americans who will doubt his retraction. "Oh, Poor Rudy is only saying that because he's being sued by the election thieves!" IMO the only way for Dominion to prove that they weren't part of a election fraud and reclaim their reputation is to take this to court and prove that Rudy is a liar. Which will happen because Rudy has no proof of any of the lies he stated on the net, t.v. and in the newspapers.

I agree that a settlement that includes a confidentiality agreement would not be in Dominion’s best interest. A settlement for less than the $1.3 billion that includes a public retraction might be okay - but I would like to see Giuliani in court trying to defend against the defamation claim (although there no doubt will be other lawsuits filed against him where he will have to appear).

I am just happy that Dominion is pursuing its defamers.

How is saying my friend that told me that is racist? Only racist people i see are the ones calling others racists.

Dominion software does have ties to the Clinton foundation where it was used in emerging democracies. However the revisionists want to rewrite history and you all believe their lies. Good for you all. Open borders and all that is not going to end in good results. You can't teach a pig to sing.

Yup. Biden is a President for ALL of the people - not just for the people of red states and not just for the people of blue states but for the whole of the people in the United States.
That would apply to Trump when he was president, too, in the sense that we only have one president at any given time. Trump was certainly very divisive, perhaps the most divisive president we have had. While Biden will be less so, to the extent you imply that Biden's policy agenda will be equally good for all — red and blue states — I disagree. It won't be. There will be a considerable part of the public who will oppose some of what he wants to do, me included. As diverse and divided as this country is now, it is impossible for him to truly represent all, or even the vast majority, of Americans well. He's made the right statements about unity starting out his term, but I suspect that the idea of unity and compromise will quickly die on both sides once it's time to push legislation through, much like what happened during Obama's first two years.
