Then, send the letter. Your earlier posts did not say that he SAID that you stole, only that you consider "rip off" to mean "stole". However, since it appears that you are not looking for legal advice, but validation about sending and cease and desist letter, you will need to look elsewhere.

My original post was asking if I should send a cease and desist or even a letter to sue. I am being kinda of vague as I do not want more press to our company.

Is it best to use on of the online forms and then have an attorney look them over as well could an intent letter let him know if he does not remove is remarks we will take further legal action which I plan to pursue no justify.

I do appreciate the advice and remarks.
