If you can I'd have solid safe and backed up video or photo record this shows all the defects and mis fits ....make it easy for others to get the point...with links to contract specs if possible...merely saying stuff was lousy fit is hard to follow or prove.

I get that many times it's easier to rip out work than it is to attempt to fix sloppy work...but be prepared to back it Up.

I agree. Having more evidence than is needed is always better than not having enough.
