Wrong. Just spoke with someone in claims management and they just agreed to compensate us in full to have all of our flooring replaced and the check is being overnighted to us first thing tomorrow morning via FedEx.

Since you enjoy being smug, feel free to post a picture of the check (with your name redacted of course) at an image hosting site and provide a link to show us just how right you are. That would surely show all of us now wouldn't it?
