What is the name of your state?MASS
I have worked at a department store for 8 months where I am salesman with a base rate of $4.50 an hour, plus commission. Since I started working there, my average, up to date, hourly rate is over $15.00. One of the supervisors called me today and told me they were moving me to another department starting tomorrow and that I would be getting $7.00 an hour without commission. The reason they're changing my department is because I sell exercise equipment and I don't sell enough Service Plans with the equipment. Is there anything wrong with their actions against me? I would greatly appreciate any help or advise. Thank you.
