Quick question....

At the final hearing, is it likely that his parents be allowed to testify?
I forgot to ask my lawyer today.
I can't imagine they'd have anything relevant to say, but they will
try if possible.
Thanks.

It's hard to imagine what they'd have witnessed that would be relevant.

They didn't even show to the final hearing yesterday. (very strange for them) Hearing got continued until July. The judge eviscerated the parents the previous day in eviction court for "picking" on me and fighting their son's battles for him. His dad almost got held in contempt for muttering to the judge, "It's not fair" (The judge ruled that I can stay in the marital home until the original date of May 20th) They tried to get it moved up and failed miserably.
He showed up to the final hearing still with no bank statements?! His lawyer can't be that stupid, so is there some kind of angle I'm missing here?

Lawyers cannot control their clients. Trust me -- I wish I could control mine because my job would get a lot easier. It is possible your ex is being stupid and stubborn. And ticking off his attorney in the process.

Since the dissolution date has been pushed back to July nothing has really been resolved. According to the temp orders, I have until May 20th to move out. Without any type of final judgment I lack the funds to move all the way to Florida. Is there anything that can be done?

Sure.

1. Borrow the money to move.
2. Move somewhere closer and move your things yourself.
3. Petition the court for a delay (but don't expect 'I don't have the money to move' to be very persuasive).
