You keep asking the same question.
I know. I want a detailed understanding how this is all legal.

The rulings where all made based on the information provided by the mother. The way it appears to me is that someone can give old, outdated information in a attempt to get a ruling in there favor.

You are stubborn and quite frankly not wanting to learn. You have been told. Read the rules and law. Don't have sex unless you want to be a father. Plain and simple.

You've been given both detailed and simple answers.

I just want a blood test done to confirm the paternity of the child which has never been done and I am receiving all sorts of obstacles from the courts in my attempts.
You cannot force an ADULT to submit to a DNA test.

If it does turn out the child is not mine I will go from there.
Go where? Your options on contesting this ran out YEARS ago.

I find it suspicious that you have mislead this forum by claiming that you were dealing with a child.

THE CHILD IS TWENTY THREE?

Dude. I know that Washington has recently legalized marijuana but come on now. 23? Not 23 months?

You're on the hook, period, even if.

What, you mean that it might be someone trying to get a feel for what might happen if...?

That never happens here :D

As it was already explained to you: service was legally and properly accomplished.

Your former roommate is the one who hurt you. Not the court.
So your saying that legally everything was done correctly and that there is no recourse even thou was never personally made aware of legal proceedings and paternity was never determined? Do someone need to contact the courts once a week on the off chance that someone is going to take something to court even thou said person would not have reason to believe something is happening.

What if I had barely even met the child's mother and she was my next door neighbor and she decided she needed money for the child and wrote me in as the father and I found out many years later? I don't see the logic in any of this.

How can someone contest in time if they weren't never notified? Were talking about past due child support when notification was never given at the time the ruling was made.

Read my comment about not being notified until later about the ruling.

How can someone be "on the hook" when notification was not given until the statute of limitations had run out and thus could not be challenged?

Again, paternity was determined.

You have been paying support for years. You knew about it. Furthermore, you haven't ONCE said that there's no chance that your son is yours.

You don't want to learn. You just don't. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. You disagree but legally it was DETERMINED. Your protests matter not.

Repeat after me: PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED. PATERNITY WAS DETERMINED.

It was determined by default because YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE. Repeat that. YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.YOU WERE LEGITIMATELY SERVED AT YOUR LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE.

I note you are not denying you had sex with her. So repeat this: DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER. DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.DO NOT HAVE SEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A FATHER.

See? You are the father. Congrats. Grow up. Take responsibility. If you don't like that, these people might care:

Can you elaborate?

Think of it this way. If one day twenty years from now you find out that someone wrote you in as a child's parent when they where born and you just found out about it because it took that long for the courts to find you(we know this can happen from similar events in the news) you would have no choice in the matter to accept the ruling?

I don't see how that is legal. Can you give me a detailed explanation that cites references so I can understand it better? I am not making this up. It is happening and I don't see how it can be happening.

Read your state's rules of civil procedure. Google them. Read them. KNOW THEM. Then read the establishment of paternity of statutes. Read them. Know them. Understand them.
