Your service plan should outline what the charges were re; why they removed your son.

Absolutely do as Stealth suggested and go through Hair Follicle testing.

What is hard to wrap my head around- Is you saying you were frequently around this woman and had her child in your home on a daily basis....and you didn't know she was using meth???? If you did know, you allowed her around your children regardless which in a sense condones the behavior.

Take a parenting class ASAP. Have you notified the case worker you have moved away from the druggie neighbor to provide a safer environment for your child? There are still more questions than answers here. :confused:
