Thank you for taking the time to reply to my posts, You are being very helpful.
what would be the quick and easiest way for her to do that?
( didn't mean quick and easy because Im sure it wont be, but is there a form I can get to her to help her get it started?)
I suspect that is why the judge insisted that she come to court in September...so that the judge could hear it from her. However, you could certainly draw up a stipulated agreement and submit it to the courts, (as Isis suggested). However, if you do that you might want to consider having an attorney draw it up and submit it. It shouldn't cost much.

x-wife wants to do it

My x-wife wants to draw up a stipulation forgiving what I owe her so I can pay just the money owed to the state.
Is that something we can do without a lawyer?
