what would you do? my wife suffered a torn tendon in her right shoulder at work. and had surgery to repair the tendon. after rehab and a few weeks of light duty work. she returned to full time work. due to the fact that on light duty she would only work limited hours. and could not afford to work less hours. because thats how the company works these things. they make it hard to stay off the job after an injury so you return faster. well in this case she was reinjured and is going in for another surgery tommorrow. and her doctor says this will be her last chance one more tare and she could be permanently injured and unable to use her right arm.
