What is the name of your state? NEW JERSEY
I need to know how to draw up a "discovery" step by step for 2 traffic violations I received. I am asking for all paper, video & audio communications as it relates to the date and time of the alleged infractions. The infractions are for “careless driving & Failure to yield to an Emer. Vehicle”. Both violations are not true and if I can recover the information I am sure it will vindicate me. I also had 4 individuals in my car at the time, which are all professionals.

There are a number of examples posted on the internet. Just use "motion of discovery" as an exact phrase. You can put in "traffic" or "court" in the contains box if the search engine you are using has a decent advance option so you can narrow things down a bit. Some court web sites also have copies of various forms that can be downloaded.
Just keep in mind most examples will be citing specific state laws and you will have to dig into your own states revised code to revise them. Also check the local court rules for the court you have to deal with as most have them posted on their website.
For your ticket though. Yike. Though if your story is accurate distance to the cruiser will be important.
