Last night my girlfriend and I were denied by a co-op board in Manhattan NY, and we feel as though discrimation was the reason since we met all the financial requirements.

Does the board have any obligitations to disclose their reasoning?

Can they have any other valid reasons for denials besides financial requirements?

Let's try it this way, Einstein. If you sued this Board, there's a pretty good chance that my office would be the one defending them. So, should you decide to forge ahead with your cockamamie lawsuit, if I come across a pro se case against a Manhattan board with these facts, I will know it's you and be sure to show you just how "sleazy" I am.
