nonononono, all backwards. I don't think it's OK, I know it was wrong. I just don't think it's DC worthy. Being no prior record, and buddies getting busted for drugs, wouldn't you let me go?
If I hadn't SEEN you or your car, or reasonably identify it as the vehicle I had heard, I couldn't have cited you for reckless ... we don't have a disorderly conduct section that applies to this activity out here.

And no, if I had you for that, I would not have let you go. Especially if your buddies were arrested for drugs. Documenting all the persons present is something that is always a good idea. And letting you go because your friends were popped for something worse does not absolve you of any involvement. Maybe you will be found not guilty - who knows. But, I probably would have cited you if I could have - and I had the time.

still, I left no ugly black marks. I understand your pyhsics of the whole thing, but surley you've seen people squeal their tires before without leaving marks.
No ... I haven't.

well, they decieded to let my buddies go with the drug charges. hrm??? wouldn't that piss you off?
Maybe. But if they could not substantiate the charges, or the search was bad, then I can understand it.

You really are retarded. Are you seriously asking for help, then antagonizing, then asking for help, then antagonizing?

I think you should just follow this advice and drop this thread:

All you can do is say what you have to say, the officers will say what they have to say, and the judge will render a decision.

You're treating this like a big deal! Like I actually had the intent to kill someone, it's rediculous. But hey, there is multiple sides to every story. God bless. Being a cop is a dangerous job and I thank you for it. God bless you and the people you hold dear.

AGAIN, Im very sorry for the disturbance I've caused here and in the parking lot. I'm sure I offened many people.
So you think that every fatal car accident is done on purpose?? We'll see how you feel when you've had a loved one killed by a reckless driver who thought it was so cool to lose control over his car, ok.
I have a feeling you'll end up doing time with your road attitude. Prison will toughen you up ;) , pleny of guys in there to impress.

You missed my point, strengthening my position that much more:

And BTW, it wasn't a quip, it was an astute observation. Try choosing your battles a little bit better.
