If I hadn't SEEN you or your car, or reasonably identify it as the vehicle I had heard, I couldn't have cited you for reckless ... we don't have a disorderly conduct section that applies to this activity out here.iamretarded said:nonononono, all backwards. I don't think it's OK, I know it was wrong. I just don't think it's DC worthy. Being no prior record, and buddies getting busted for drugs, wouldn't you let me go?
And no, if I had you for that, I would not have let you go. Especially if your buddies were arrested for drugs. Documenting all the persons present is something that is always a good idea. And letting you go because your friends were popped for something worse does not absolve you of any involvement. Maybe you will be found not guilty - who knows. But, I probably would have cited you if I could have - and I had the time.
