yes, and I think our poster is leaving out much, or is totally lost in the world, or is a conspiracy theorist, but I didn't see an answer to either of my questions, both items which any reasonable person would have done

so I guess I don't understand your question?
This is obviously a joke, or the guy really needs medical treatment, or at best the conspiracy theorist that really has a paranoia problem and that gets back to my second suggestion of med treatment or maybe back off of those meds a bit.

have you asked the teller you spoke with about the check for any type of affidavit regarding your conversation about the check?

had you previously reported the police harrassment to any higher authorities?

after getting letter from bank in reference to accounts closed, i contacted branch manager and was told that because of being charged with a crime that the decision was final, when i protested ,trying to explain, i was laughed at lightly and told it was final. note: with very low resources and obvious low balances i am not much an asset and had little ground to stand for thier perception
and as previousley stated, the local cop was in there having lunch with them when i presented check to verify/deposit and thats where the slander and libal started?, if only i could have recorderded that round table huh? paranoid as it seems, as i waited i could tell the discussion was about me,,,lol i know this seems nuts, but thats my point! isnt it? frankly, i feel embarresed after having alot then losing it, the confidence level is a bit deminished,,ya think? but i know for sure, until that transaction and im sure slanderous references made about me by the cop. i would never have been questioned as to my integrity, it isnt the first time in my life someone had given me a bad check but it sure as hell was the first time id been accused of writting a bad one to myself and charged with forgery, a wriiting anlyist im sure will show its not my handwriting, if i dont challange these situations and fight back, i am only incinuating guilt, am i not? i agree i need a statement from the teller but thought it be best to be done by counsel or neutral party?

as far as the higher authority when this nightmare all originally started i contacted the justice dept in washington and recieved letter from them stating my investagation had been sealed and closed with no charges thats when soon after the locals started, my current thought is to try to sit down with this states gov. ,,,opinion?

am i making this all worse by trying to fight, i understand i am looking like an idiot in this forum already,,,is it important enough to demand the right not to be slandered and belittled by accusation far from the truth? enough to cause predjust and libal? thank you for your time, advice and opinion.

ps. pulled over again and ticketed for not having drivers license on my person,
i would have thought by now they would know if i had one, must not have known me? righttt? gotta go, court in the morn....lol

If I still believed this was real, I'd have to say that idiotic response to getting caught driving without your license by thinking the police should know you have one.....just puts the final nail in your coffin.
