I am not asking him for child support - that's ridiculous. I want to find out what rights I may have to spousal support, if any. And if he has the right to terminate our lease (I am on the lease also) and housing benefits if he decides to leave (just separate).

As the spouse of a retired service member you are entitled to free legal advice at the legal assistance office on any military base. Depending on which base is closer google on Ft Benning or Ft Gordon legal assistance office. They will have a website and contact numbers. I recommend that you contact them as soon as possible.
