Frustrated

What is different is that he wanted to force her to file joint income tax returns for the last two years (i.e duration of marriage) in which, except for 6 mths. she did NOT live with him. She filed as married but separated and does not care to file jointly.

She did attempt locating an attorney in TN earlier but did not get a response. Can the TN court now force her to file jointly? There is a final TN hrg. scheduled for later this month.

He can get away with anything he wants up until she represents herself in TN and gets it sorted. Did he know about the divorce in FL and was properly served before the TN court date ?
