i purchased a vehicle through dodge. The car was involved in an accident, totaled by the insurance company and sold to a salvage yard - repaired,rubuilt, and resold. The nnew owner went to his local dodge gealer asking if they could find out if i have the spare keys. The dealer printed up a VIP report with my persoanl info on it.... this breaks their own policy stating they "will not distribute information about you , such as name, phonenumber, mailing address to anyone other thn an affiliated third party." I am sick to think that my info could have landed in the wrong hands and that dodge would give it to any psycho requesting it...... Do i have a legal case?
