I have been draged into a custody suite by my fiancees exwife. Because I dont have custody of my own children. It seems that now i have to defend myself because i thought my kids would be better off with their fathers. This happened over 10 years ago! Can i sue this lady for slander if when i testify on my behalf the judge favors my decision?
