Does any body know the answer to my previous questions? Please reply............my x-husband is illegal, his social security card is stamped "not valid for employment". he called me and told me not to claim our son on my tax (i never do because our son does not live with either of us, he lives with his grandmother in thailand) and that he was going to claim our son. we both live in illinois, i reported his actions to the irs. by law, he has custody of our son, but my x is illegal, can he work with this illegal status? what will most likely happen to him?
