Does the PROTECT Act of 2003 cover non-human fictional characters?

Maybe you can convince the site owners to lock threads that are 4 to 6 weeks old. Anybody wanting to post an update to their own thread (rare) can just start a new one and include a link to the old one.

I think we have all suggested to the site administrators that old threads should be locked. I believe FlyingRon even said at one time that he would do it for them.

So far, however, there does not seem to be any interest shown by anyone but us. I am not really sure why.
