although my spouse was charged years ago
for domestic violence by a police officer
you have to under go criminal and sled back
ground checks- is d.v. a criminal charge?
would that be held against him even though
he was in a different relationship then and
went to counceling and now hes older and more
responsible for his actions and has a new
wife and child and time has showed hes not
what he was accused of? would this charge
be on a criminal check ?
