I have seen sillier things written in custody agreements. Courts often put stuff like "neither parent shall speak disparagingly of the other in front of the children".
Try getting a contempt finding on that one. It certainly can't hurt you to ask your attorney to put the Dad clause in the agreement.
it is easy to get a contempt on that one. You need to learn a lot about the law before you go running your mouth and criticizing BB.

Aside from the assinine FLORIDA response which has nothing whatsoever to do with the LEGAL aspects of your issue, such a clause in a custody order is invalid. There is no way the court can control what the 'child' calls anyone, much less a parent (be it legal or quasi).

You are wasting your time
there is something the court can do-it can order the bf NOT to be called dad or daddy, and if mom doesnt comply, the judge may view this as parental alienation, and strip mom of custody. ive seen it happen a lot, and mom better watch her step, or she can explain to a extremely p&ssed off judge why she is demanding that her bf. who is a legal stranger to the child, be called dad. a judge will not be happy with mom's behavior

and you can provide a statute or case law to back this assumption up?
