If the State screws up, they should fix it ASAP! There is no excuse for it and stay on their butts until they do so.
After days on end calling and leaving messages at both the State and County levels, I finally got some results. I guess they got tired of hearing my voice! I have a copy of the cancelled check that shows which CS account the money inadvertently went to. Low and behold the money mysteriously appeared in my bank account yesterday.

Ex has informed me that his company received notice that they are not complying with the court order which states bi-weekly checks are to be sent. Hopefully they will adhere to the original order.
