Yes. It’s on my drug profile since 2008. That I’m allergic to this medication. But the pills look sort of similar. An easy mistake unless you look close. A little change in color and letter written in the pill
1) Thank you for clarifying that this specific allergy is listed on your profile.

2) So did the pharmacist accidentally give you the wrong pills because they looked similar? Or did the pharmacy knowingly substitute the prescribed medication?

Either way, you need to report this, because this life threatening incident should have been avoidable. Changes in industry standards have changed over the year precisely to PREVENT things like this from happening.
